Love playing the game but need more ways to win rubies and more land. Ive spent way too much money on rubies and have been landlocked for months, no more room for new buildings. Also just did the update to fix problems now it wont open

Well Im back to complain again.We just had an event over the weekend where my guild was doing very good in the standings,when the event ended it showed my guild in 4th place,we were all very excited to get the ship and all the other prizes. What do you know no prizes and they say we finished in 5th place. A team that was behind us the entire event ended up in 2nd place moving us down to 5th ,as the developers claim. I just dont know how this happens and it happens quite often. I believe the game is rigged. Tap Paradise Cove is a thief and they get away with it. Bet this review doesnt show up either.

Great game I have been playing almost 2 years I just wish it did not cost so much to open new land I also wish this game would tell you how to collect special items to upgrade the dragons and other items so you could actually find them

Paradise Cove is a fun game, with good battles and great quests. Bugs get fixed quick, but can be expensive to finish some quests under the time or get buy a high powered ship. Overall the creators come up with new ideas fast and building your own personal cove is rewarding.

Like the game but it is pricing itself out of existence. Just when I think I can make some headway, the coins for expansion goes up an extravagant amount. The tasks are out of date or much to rich for me. I may have to discontinue this game soon. I dont mind paying once in awhile. But this game has gotten out of hand!! Too many pop ups. Very distracting! Freezes a lot now, and it takes much longer than other games to down load in the beginning.

If your idea of fun is to have a game that constantly glitches takes rewards you work for away, blocks your progress if you are getting to far, and openly favors certain players all the while taking your money then this is the game for you. If your idea of a good time is submitting tickets for problems every other day then this is the game for you. If you want to continually get little to no reward for your efforts and get run around by the developers then this is the game for you. If you want to play a game that works well delivers what promised and earned and rewards longtime paying customers then this is definitely not the game for you.

The game screen just keeps crashing preventing me from adequately participating in a time-limited event. Not sure why the developers arent fixing this

The game was pretty fun for over a year until this last update on Feb. 11th. I havent been able to get in since then. Ill put in a ticket but Im very unhappy about this. I hope my guild hasnt kicked me out.

Everything is geared towards you spending money. Its disgusting. I get they have to make money, but it too much. I enjoy playing the game but I would enjoy it much more if I wasnt constantly reminded of how theyre trying to get you to buy a lot. A lot of room for improvement.

This game keeps crashing and extremely unsatisfied with how much gems are needed for things and we dont have near enough opportunities to get gems!!!!

Really getting tired of not being able to connect with server. Please fix.

After all these years....

I have been playing this game for about a month. It has been pretty fun but now the developers keep bumping up the costs significantly to try and get you to spend more money. For several weeks it cost 1 ruby to finish repairing a ship after battle but about halfway through a weekend tournament they changed repair to 3 rubies, next repair to 9 rubies, next one 2 minutes later was 14 rubies for the same ship. They also doubles the cost to expand. No consistency and making outrageous cost increases to try and get you to spend real money all the time. I am done with this game! I play other games and this one is the worst for wildly increasing costs of everything!

Level 76, this game is bs. You cant finish quests without spending money on rubies (which Im not doing) and when you upgrade things the price is insane. This game is 100% bs. You can smd tap paradise cove. A monkey could make a better game

If you continue to spam the support queue about the players whom you reported for cheating -- which were investigated -- we will be forced to block your access to support Above is what Arlene wrote because she did not like what I had to say.I complained about Arlene on feedback & that is the response I got from Arlene . I guess she is in charge of answering complaints about her. Arlene refuses to answer tickets, she just closes them or give the same generic copy & paste answer. If u ask for a follow up answer , Arlene threatens to block u from submitting tickets.There are so many ongoing bugs, glitches, cheating going on & PG does NOT take any corrective action,maybe that is because PG allows their employees to play the game. PG just cares about is finding new ways to get more money out of us. It used to be a fun game but now it is getting ridiculous.

New update didnt fix anything in fact its just worse!!!!!!!!! Great going once again pocket gems

I WISH I WOULDNT OF WASTED TIME OR MONEY . I would bet money this is a China based company. I have been playing for about two an a half years. They had a team event that ended on 4/23/15 I spent money to win rubies (witch is used as money) it said I won over 100 rubies. When I got to my home screen I had no rubies. So I emailed a ticket stating what had happened. I get a email back that says to take a screen shot of my dispute. I take screen shots send them back. I havent gotten anything back out of this,not my money, not the rubies that it said I won. Nothing but a bunch of emails.after spending over 1000$ over a 3 year period I got booted out and paradise cove is to dumb to figure out what the issue is. DONT SPEND MONEY

This is a really fun game and one I play everyday. I enjoy building, quests, and pirate challenges. I have played this game for a long time and look forward to playing it. However, I have a concern as of late. Twice I have purchased, last week and this week, $1.99 in rubies. Everything goes through fine and am thanked for supporting Paradise Cove but the rubies never get credited to my game. And today rubies I earned by watching videos are gone. Please advise what has happened as this has not happened before to me. Thank you for your attention to this matter. UPDATE: HAVE CHECKED BANK STATEMENTS AND I AM SORRY TO HAVE JUMPED TO A WRONG CONCLUSION, THOSE CHARGES NEVER HAPPENED, THE OTHER RUBIES WERE USED UP IN PLAYING THE GAME. GETTING SENILE I THINK. ALL YOU OUT THERE PLEASE BE ASSURED NONE OF THIS HAPPENED AND I FEEL LIKE A REAL HEAL LEAPING BEFORE I LOOKED. BACK TO MY GAME FOR SOME FUN NOW AND NO MORE RIDICULOUS MEMOS.
